Cookies and Local Storage

What we store

We keep this to what the site needs to work.

• Sign-in session: when you log in to the client portal or the staff console, your browser keeps a session token in local storage so that you stay signed in. It is removed when you log out. Customers and staff use separate entries.
• Theme choice: if you switch between light and dark mode, we remember your choice in local storage.
• Remembered form details: none. We do not store what you type into the application or contact forms in your browser.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are used. It does not use cookies to follow you from site to site, and we do not use it for advertising.

What we do not do

• We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
• We do not load third-party fonts. Our fonts are served from our own site.

Your choices

You can clear local storage and cookies at any time in your browser settings. If you do, you will be signed out and the site will forget your theme choice. Blocking local storage entirely will stop the portal and console from keeping you signed in.
