By using this website or the client portal you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them. These terms cover the website and portal only. The terms of any loan are set out in your offer letter, which you sign separately.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement.
• Give us accurate, complete and current information, and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account, so tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.

Applications

Submitting an application is a request. It is not an offer or a promise of funds. We may ask for more information, and we may approve, change the terms of, or decline an application. A loan exists only once you have signed the offer and the facility has been set up.

Electronic signatures and communication

You agree that your typed or drawn signature, and your witness's, on an offer in the portal is a valid signature, and that we may send you notices, documents and reminders by email and through the portal. Keep your email address current so you do not miss them.

Acceptable use

• Do not give false or misleading information or documents.
• Do not use another person's identity or details.
• Do not try to access accounts or data that are not yours, or disrupt the website or portal.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, and we may report suspected fraud to the authorities.

The website describes our facilities in general terms. It is not an offer. Availability and conditions depend on your circumstances and on our assessment.

Our responsibility

We work to keep the website and portal available and accurate, but we cannot promise they will always be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss that results from your use of them, other than loss we cause by our own negligence or that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The Lescon name, logo and website content belong to Lescon Funds Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission.
